Kizoo AG (ISIN: DE000CMBT111), Karlsruhe, via wholly owned subsidiary Kizoo Technology Capital GmbH, Karlsruhe, made its first investment in a young technology venture today – Lesson Nine GmbH, Berlin with its language learning portal Babbel.com. With its minority shareholding Kizoo implements for the first time its technology venture strategy within the framework of its realignment. The first-round financing is carried out together with VC Fonds, Berlin. Over the next twelve months both partners will invest a six digit amount into the product and distribution of Babbel.com.
