The Executive Board of Kizoo AG (ISIN: DE000CMBT111), Karlsruhe, has decided today to resume the buyback of treasury shares through the stock exchange by virtue of the authorization resolution of the General Meeting of July 19, 2007, which had been suspended on May 4, 2008.
